About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Project Technical Manager to lead and oversee the development and implementation of our blockchain-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in blockchain technology, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and deployment of blockchain projects

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements

  • Manage technical teams including developers, engineers, and designers

  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget

  • Conduct technical research and recommend blockchain solutions and architectures

  • Oversee smart contract development, security audits, and testing

  • Stay updated with blockchain industry trends and best practices

  • Document technical specifications and project progress

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing blockchain projects

  • Strong understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, etc.)

  • Experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, etc.)

  • Familiarity with blockchain development tools and frameworks

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Effective communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Background in software engineering or computer science

  • Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or other blockchain applications

  • Knowledge of cryptography and security best practices

  • Prior experience working with remote teams
